Conveyancing is the term used to describe the legal work of transferring the ownership of land or building to the ownership of another, in short the legal side of selling your home.

House Tree has a comprehensive panel of solicitors that we have approved, on the basis of price, quality and speed, we believe we can give you a first class service at an unbeatable price or free with Option 2. If you choose the Option 2 package, House Tree will appoint one of our approved solicitors. Their Conveyancing fee (normally £399 + VAT) not including disbursements is already paid for on your sale. This option is the best value for most clients and represents a fantastic saving on the normal costs.

No sale, No fee


All our Conveyancing partners work on a no sale, no fee, basis, this means if you or your purchaser pull out of the sale for any reason there will be no charge**, on the prepaid Conveyancing package, option 2, this means you can carry on with another sale at no extra cost.

There may be a charge for disbursements.

Our Conveyancing Partners would normally charge a Conveyancing fee of £399 + VAT for the Conveyancing work (not including disbursements).

On option 2, as we (House Tree) will be paying this fee for thousands of our clients, and doing so as soon as a buyer is found, the fee we are charged by the solicitors has been discounted to £199 + VAT.
